유기화학실험상의 기본조작 즉, 용해, 추출, 증류, 분별증류, 여과, 재결정, 융점 및 비점측정 등을 다루고 또 간단한 유기화합물의 합성방법 등을 다루며, 아울러 합성한 유기화합물의 확인방법을 취급한다.

This course covers the synthesis of simple organic compounds, the experiment on the basic operations such as dissolution, extraction, distillation, fractional distillation, filtration, recrystallization, melting point and boiling point measurements as well as handling of synthetic organic compounds.
